Accounting and Auditing department
Accounting advice to companies, preparing accounts if required. Each financial year the department prepares all the documentation required for the annual accounts which companies have the obligation to submit to the Mercantile Registry ( Companies’ House).
Financial consulting with management and treasury control, projections and budgets, feasibility plans, etc. At lest once a year a financial – economic analysis of each company is elaborated, using comparative data from recent financial years and those relating to the sector provided by the Mercantile Registry.
Since 1963 we are practising members of the official Spanish Auditor’s Association, Instituto de Auditores Censores Jurados de Cuentas de España, from which the Catalan Auditors Institute, Col·legi de Censors Jurats de Comptes de Catalunya, was formed in 1995 as a delegation of the National Association.
The auditing department covers, among others, the following functions:
- Financial audits

- Limited revisions
- Analysis of accounting and budgetary circuits
- Adaptation to official accounting standards
- Analysis of the implementation of budgets
- Implementation of budgetary techniques
- Implementation of quality norms
